I do not know SLR because they are too large, vibration, shutter to have loud noises (people talking to), even animals for nature photography. I want a high-end rangefinder $ 700. I suppose talking point and shoot rangefinder camera (P & S), the Canon G7. It has a rangefinder classic beauty.
When I go between the G-7 or XTi would choose for my main camera, with the G-7. I think it goes without saying that the G7 is smaller, quieter and easier to carry and receive less than the account of your case. Therefore, I can in many situations.
